3. Orders Not Received (Lost in Transit)

If tracking shows the package was delivered, we may require confirmation from the shipping carrier before issuing a refund.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

The order shows as delivered (without valid carrier confirmation of non-delivery)
